The grantor (hereinafter referred to as the "Party A") hereby grants Keding Enterprise Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Party B"), the right to use the project photos. The details of this agreement are as follows:
- The usage of the images is limited to Party B's official website, publications, social media platforms, or other advertising purposes. Party B shall credit Party A as the authorized provider of the photos.
- Party A agrees to authorize Party B to reproduce and edit the images as necessary.
- Party A represents and warrants that the provided photos do not infringe upon any third-party patents, copyrights, or other rights. Party A has obtained the necessary authorization from the designer and their company to provide the photos for legal use by Party B in various regions.
