At the time when interviewing for a position at KD, there were less than 10 employees in the company. However, after noticing the recruiter's confidence in KD products during the interview, I decided to research the competitiveness of KD products in the market and soon realized the potential of this product. The answer was clear, so I decided to join KD, and let go of my supervisor position in another IT company.
During the start of my journey at KD, I developed a habit of reporting to the office 30 minutes earlier, while doing this, I realized that most of the time our Chairman was already in the office ready to start his day by that time. His consistent energy and determination has inspired and moved every employee at KD, this is also represents the company's core value, culture and commitment.
A motto i would like to share with you all is: "the one and only way to success is understanding what the management's needs are, what we should do, and what we have already done."

Make an effort to understand everything in the company, including the company goal, enterprise mission, organization's structure, sales methods, and so on.
